We offer traditional support groups for survivors and their loved ones. Support groups provide a safe space for those impacted by sexual violence to learn and heal together. Through discussion of sexual trauma, shared or individual experiences, and local resources, these groups help increase connection and support for survivors, caregivers, partners, and others. We offer virtual and in-person options, as well as groups for people with shared cultures and identities.

Trauma-Sensitive Movement and Breathing with SeaChange YogaWe have teamed up with our friends at SeaChange Yoga to bring trauma-sensitive yoga classes to survivors. We typically run 8-week closed groups, and would encourage you to sign up. Classes are for people of any skill levels and offer space for folks to connect with breath, a caring inner voice, and restorative movement! Yoga is for everybody and every body!

Experience-Based Peer GroupsThe goal for the Hope and Healing program is to offer peer-connection to survivors, letting folks share space while engaging in a variety of activities. The feedback we've received from other participants is that the act of coming together in a group (whether in-person or virtual) can have a healing component to it, whether folks are actively engaging in conversation about past experiences or not. Experience-based programs include but are not limited to art-based workshops, horticultural therapy, walking groups, group outings, and more! Reach out to let us know what you'd like to see!
