 Many incredible community members and local businesses have helped to raise awareness and funds for SARSSM by organizing events ranging from walks/runs, restaurant nights, sip and paint events, proceed nights, and more!  We are so grateful to have been chosen as the recipient of those efforts!

Fundraiser and Benefit Ideas

The time and effort you put into your event will benefit survivors right here in our communities. No matter how large or small, your contributions make a difference. Below are some fundraising ideas to get you started, but the opportunities are endless!

• Host a virtual fundraiser for SARSSM using our online fundraising platform. 
• Celebrate special occasions and milestones by inviting friends and family to donate in lieu of gifts.
• Host a fundraising house party to introduce your guests to our services.
• Organize a golf tournament.
• Coordinate a walk or fun run.
• Hold a garage or yard sale with proceeds going to SARSSM.
• Partner with a local business (e.g., restaurants, stores, breweries) for a benefit night.
• Host a “Thon” event such as a bowl-a-thon, bike-a-thon, or dance-a-thon. Get creative!
• Coordinate a benefit concert.
