Parents & Caregivers

Welcome Parents & Caregivers!

Picture
The work SARSSM does to support schools provides an important foundation for your child. Research shows that youth understand important concepts when those conversations happen at home, too. Children are more likely to ask for help and form healthy peer relationships when they learn about boundaries, personal body safety, and respect from the trusted adults they know the best. It may be uncomfortable to have conversations with your kids about challenging topics. These conversations about boundaries, emotions, and safety will have a tremendous impact on their wellbeing later in life - and get easier with practice.

Our Kids in Space Coloring & Activity Books can help parents start conversations with their children. Please contact us if you would like us to mail you a coloring book!
