Sample Language for Making a Charitable Bequest Through a Will or Living Trust

If you’d like to continue your support for Sexual Assault Response Services of Southern Maine by giving a gift through your will or living trust, the following language may help you or your attorney when drawing up a bequest that meets your needs:
